Workshop Bookings

Terms

​

Bookings for workshops are made via Sophic's online forms or through third party sites such as Eventbrite.

​

If bookings are made through Sophic then payments can be made either via credit/debit card or by invoice. Completion and submission of forms are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

Client Cancellation

​

Private workshops
 

We accept cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before the first workshop date. Any cancellations/postponements made less than 7 days prior to the first workshop will incur a fee of £500. In the case of a postponement, no charges will apply if a revised contract is signed before the original workshop's start date.

Public workshops

​

All public workshop places are payable through credit/debit card.

We accept cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before the workshop. If payment has already been made by credit/debit card then 100% of fees will be refunded. 

If a booking is cancelled within 3 to 7 days of the start of the workshop then 50% of the fees paid will be refunded for the places that have been cancelled.

No refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled within 2 days of the commencement of the workshop.

Sophic Cancellation

​

Sophic Limited will always endeavour to uphold agreements however, in the unlikely event we are unable to deliver a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances Sophic Limited reserve the right to cancel/postpone a workshop at any time and offer an alternative date, credit or refund, without any liability for any consequential or indirect loss the client may incur. This applies to both private and public workshops.

Payment

​

Payments can be made either via invoice or credit/debit card for private workshops.

Places on public workshops can be paid via credit/debit card.

Sophic's terms for invoice payment are net 30 days.

We take Visa and Mastercard.
