Sophic workshops combine theory, discussion, examples and exercises to provide participants with practical strategies and actions they can implement straightaway.

Flexible in methods of delivery

Each of the workshops in the programme are four hours in duration when delivered face-to-face. For individuals and groups of four or less online training/mentoring sessions can be delivered online.
